Role Overview

We have an excellent opportunity to support the Internal Sales department as a CRM Coordinator at one of the UK’s leading print management companies.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, the focus of this role is to maintain and improve CRM processes and data integrity by setting up and maintaining workflows within the CRM.

You will support the marketing team in setting up email campaigns, follow up processes and reporting results back to relevant stakeholders.

You will work to help identify missed opportunities and key segments of the data that should be targeted as part of these campaigns.

Main Duties will include (but not limited to)

  • You will support the sales teams with queries and training
  • Review and approve alignment change requests and manage duplicate accounts
  • Train new starters and set up data queries/filters
  • Set up and maintain reports and dashboards. This will extend to scheduled reports and offline excel reports as well.
  • Some reports require SQL coding so this skill would be desirable, however, is not essential.
  • Overall, the role will be focused on improving the management and reliability of data within the CRM and using this to improve our targeting within marketing campaigns and reports to stakeholders.
