Role and Responsibilities

To process service billing contracts for all copiers within Corona and all other acquired entities, with accuracy and within set deadlines.

  • Service contracts are set up and loaded accurately and in a timely manner
  • Improving contract information
  • Working with other departments on the improvement of contract information
  • Ongoing proactive process and improvement
  • Checking & review contracts
  • Working to deadlines
  • Contract Queries
  • Ensure readings are processed efficiently and accurately with minimal errors
  • Controls & checks around billing check
  • This is not an exhaustive list

Preferred Experience

  • Understanding of service billing contracts and billing
  • Experience within a print management company but not essential
  • Requires to be disciplined, methodical and focused
  • Hands-on team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Must be numerate
  • Good excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
