Due to continued growth and our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, we are delighted to announce that our new National Service Centre at Hertford is now open.

The new complex features modern and stylish offices, warehouse and workshop along with a brand new hospitality area for staff and visitors.

The project was overseen by our Operations team headed up by our Chief Operating Officer, Gary Bishop. Commenting on the project, Gary said:

‘The opening of our Hertford office enables Corona to fulfill the highest levels of service and will accommodate our ambitious expansion plans for many years to come. The new office and warehouse environment is sleek, modern and is commensurate with the high standards our customers have come to expect’.

The Service Centre has been developed to bring together our key Service divisions together, in order to provide the best and most efficient service to our customers.

Graham Orr, Service Director, added:

“Our new service centre of excellence brings together all of our key service personnel under one roof. This gives us the perfect platform to further enhance our proactive levels of client care, with care being the focal point in everything we do.

Whilst we have a fantastic new operational building, it’s our people who will passionately deliver these levels of service.”

Lee Lambert, Technical Manager, also remarked:

“The relocation to Hertford has been an excellent move for the Service Team and everyone has settled in well. The building itself is spot on for the purpose in providing us increased warehouse space, air conditioned offices for the support team and a break out area for the team to relax and have lunch. The building also provides ample space to meet with any suppliers or customers.”
