We recently held the first of our annual Service ‘Kick Off’ meetings, hosted by Ricoh at their impressive showroom on 22nd flr of Broadgate Tower in Central London.

With presentations from the Service Management team and our guest speaker, Colin Seal from Ricoh, the team in attendance were given a review of the achievements and progress made in the Service Department in 2017 and an insight into our goals and focus for the year ahead.

Our investment in a new fleet of vehicles and vans (watch out for the upcoming news story on this!), 2017 KPI reviews, training objectives, workshop procedure improvements and the roll out of automated service notifications and subsequent online surveys, generating fantastic feedback from our clients, were just some of the topics covered during the course of the afternoon.

On a personnel front, special mentions and celebrations were given to our 12 Employee of the Month winners and Employee of the Year, Rob Smith, along with an announcement regarding the expansion of our Perkbox prize options and new incentive schemes for sales leads.

The meeting finished with Service Director, Gary Bishop, discussing some of the exciting changes that will take place within Corona in 2018 and thanking one and all for their commitment to the team.

Everyone retired for the evening, reinvigorated and ready to serve our clients the next day.

The other half of the team attended Day Two in Watford the following day. (News story coming soon!)

Special thanks to Vicki Longhurst, Colin Seal and Nikki Emery at Ricoh for hosting the event.
