We’re constantly working with our partners to enhance the service we’re offering our clients and are pleased to announce that our Hosted telephony service, Horizon, will be receiving an update on the evening of the 9th August 2017.
That update will include the following new features and improvements and will be available from the morning of the 10th August:
- Five new CRM’s for the Horizon Integrator:
- Patient Connect
- Introduction of the Horizon TAPI Driver
- Improvements for bulk downloading and deleting of call recordings
