Back in September 2017, we launched our automated Service Notification emails for our customers and asked if they would provide us with feedback in the form of a survey for our Service and Project Teams.

We’ve been delighted to see that our customers have marked us as an average 9.35/10 for our Service Team and 8.97/10 for our Project Team.

The surveys have also enabled us to receive almost real time feedback from our customers, so we can deal swiftly and constructively with any issues that have been raised.

Following the launch we decided that, in order to thank our customers for their feedback, we would hold a draw at the end of March 2018 and the lucky winner would win an Apple iPad.

The draw was made last week and the winner was Zane Zviedre from Global Accounting Network. Lee Lambert and Jason Bradshaw from the Technical Team went to meet with Zane to personally deliver the prize. Zane was delighted with what she described as a fabulous present and commented that it was a great surprise to receive our call and even better to be gifted with a lovely iPad.

In order to be in the draw for our next prize, which is a fabulous weekend away for 2 at a luxury hotel, all we ask is that you complete one of our surveys and, like Zane, you could receive a surprise call at the start of October to inform you that you are the lucky winner!
