It’s now been 2 years since we launched our customer survey incentive program and the feedback has proved to be invaluable. It enables the team at Corona to have up to date performance information across all our services.
In our Telecoms division, for both Telecoms Project and Service Teams, customers are marking us as an average of around 9 out of 10 and over 95% of all our customers would recommend us to other customers that are looking for assistance with Telecoms solutions.
The current incentive ended on the 30th of June and following this, a draw was made from all the customers who provided feedback with the winner of the draw being given the latest Apple iPad as a thank you for their participation in this incentive.
The lucky winner was Ken McGregor (pictured center) from Build Hollywood.
Ken visited our impressive National Service Centre in Hertford to collect his prize and met with our Project Supervisor, Barry Morgan along with Project Coordinator Tamlyn Evans.
Ken was also pleased to meet with the rest of the Technical team that he has been dealing with for over 10 years as a customer.
We’re delighted to announce the launch our new incentive for this year, an Amazon voucher which is live now and running until the end of the year with the draw to take place in the first week of 2020.
To qualify for the draw, simply complete one of our feedback forms that you receive either following a Service Call or Project which has been managed by the Technical Team.
